Reservation Information

Cancellation Policy:

  • A 50% deposit is due at time of booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to arrival, then you will get your deposit refunded, less a $100 administrative fee.
  • If you cancel within the 60 day period, you will not be refunded unless we can re-sell those dates. If we are able to re-book those dates, we will refund you the amount we took for those dates, less the $100 administrative fee.
  • The balance due on your reservation is billed to your credit card on file two weeks before arrival. This is nonrefundable, unless we can re-sell those dates.
  • Please note that if we are able to re-sell your canceled dates we may have to discount the rate in order to encourage a late reservation. In which case your refund would be the actual price we re-sold at and not the original booking price.
 

Smoking:

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the building. You may smoke on the open balconies and please use the butt buckets provided. Any smoking in the building or butts found on the balconies will result in a $200 fine billed to the card on file.
 

Cleaning:

A cleaning fee is charged to you when you book. The fee covers regular turnover cleaning for the suite. We do ask you to help our housekeepers by starting the dishwasher, gathering all trash, and collecting used towels to put in the bathtub. Excess cleaning such as badly stained sheets or towels, dirty dishes/glasses, carpet spills and stains,   trash distributed through the condo etc. will be charged $200. 
 

Noise:

We ask all guests to please be considerate of their neighboring suites and to keep noise levels low. No loud music or TV after 10 pm. Multiple complaints shall result in a $200 fine.

Parking:

Parking is at the rear of the building in the alleyway in any of the 4 spots marked Whitefish Downtown Suites.  It is first-come, first-served.  Please park carefully to make sure that 4 cars can fit in the spaces. As we have 4 spots and 5 suites, there will be one car without a spot at full occupancy. The back public parking lot has free overnight and weekend parking during summer. In winter you will get towed if the snowplow comes through. The parking garage is a block away on the first street. This also offers overnight and weekend free parking and no snowplow!
 

Pets:

Whitefish Downtown Suites no longer allow pets unless by special arrangement. Service animals are welcome.
 

Laundry:

Complimentary laundry facilities are located opposite suite 1. Please be considerate and remove your laundry promptly when the cycle is complete. Please try to avoid using it between 9 am and noon due to housekeeping needs.
 

Grocery Store:

There is a local store, Marcus Foods, conveniently located 2 blocks away on First and Baker.
 

Gear Storage:

We have a locked ski room in the entryway where you can store skis, bikes, and luggage.

Snow Bus

 A free shuttle to the mountain can be caught at the library or the O’Shaughnessy Theatre both just a block away.
